    Etrade's data shows TOL as having a debt/equity ratio of 78.8%. Considering TOL's recent string of acquisition announcements, does anyone know what the ratio will become after these purchases?

    Will they need to raise more funds?

    Makes me wonder; should I wait for a discounted SPP, or add some more to the pile now.......
