The other consideration is that STO have been divesting other non core assets to meet its captial needs for GLNG. Therefore,.....if ESG was purley an investment play for them, I reckon I they would have divested their ESG holdings. Wouldn't they?

That with Knoxy's words...."...we can't let this fish (ESG) swim by without having a go at it"....(from Knox's briefing in Jul 09)...clearly signals STO intentions. The only consdieration is if STO intentions has since changed.....if so, why hold an investment when you are looking to free up captial?


Anyway as King Carmelo mentioned, each to their own.

Yaqona, what's your take IF STO makes a move on STO. Do you agree if would have to be part of its FID announcement?
