The recent amendment to their credit agreement should make it obvious - MOB givens SSN 3 choices
1) Sell the assets and pay me back
2) Sell yourself and your buyer must pay me back
3) Get new financing but before any money goes into your hands I get repaid.
Why would you bother with option (1) when all that's needed is to wait. They are a distressed asset.
That last amendment from MOB should be a "professional embarrassment" IMO. Have a read, Look at the list of default events and then the last few show a total disregard of even trying to comply - can't even manage to get the monthly financial statements submitted. Couldn't manage a meat raffle

Wonder if Gunna's gunna come down to Oz to raise money (rhetorical question).
