I don't think your math quite stacks up or you are running with a few different assumptions to the rest of us on here.
For a market cap of $300m and a share price of 15-20 cents are you assuming the merger with Appstablishment does not go ahead? If that is one of your key assumptions I don't think we'll see a share price of 15-20 cents as management has been pretty direct with how important the merger is for the success of the company.
Post merger a market cap of $300m would mean a share price of 11-12 cents.
Interested to know how you came to a market cap of $300m?
