The business will never be profitable under the current strategy.
You've got to know when to hold them and when to fold them. Unfortunately too many people continue to ignore the red flags, it's only a matter of time before the available cash is depleted and the business will have to cease trading.
Selling part of the business or acquiring more capital will only prolong the inevitable.
