I'll chime in here with my 2c worth.
I'm less optimistic that we'll have that much cash receipts from Whola at this stage, given the $1.2mpa is based on a certain level of uptake across Whola's network, which I think will likely take a bit more time to realise.
My prediction is that the overall revenue/cash receipts will be in the range of 50-60% from the September 1/4 which is factoring in the smaller receipts I expect from Whola at this stage.
That puts my expectations for the Dec 4C in the range of $700k to $750k. So not much different from where you're sitting really.
I agree with you that I don't think we'll see much from James Tyler and/or eBev in this 4C as the implementation of those deals and the time lag from onboarding clients to receipts of cash will likely push the revenue earned from those deals to date into the March 4C.
