Approx only 1.5m Although when a company has no income, any amount of debt is an issue for prospective investors, even $300k.
Your take on what you call big time dilution is interesting...
'ECT is currently diluting us big time because we know it is in the best interest for our shareholding...'
Usually current and future dilution of a company is a serious consideration for prospective investors. This maybe why few shortfall shares have been purchased and it is now yet another concern for current holders.
Don't worry, I wont be comparing esi to bhp
