On the subject of shares on issue.
Lets say 3B shares @ $0.005 = $15M Market Cap.
Assuming ECT decides to do a 1 in 20 consolidation, then the number of shares/price/market cap after consolidation will be:
150m @ $0.10 = $15M Market Cap.
So which of the 2 is better?
Obviously it makes no difference at all as the market cap remailns the same. Personally, I prefer NO CONSOLIDATION.
