    Forget LV for the time being.

    Once the DFT is completed ECT will be in a position to execute the Chinese Licensing agreement.

    ECT will not have to invest 1c in China and will likely collect royalties for ever thereafter from Chinese power companies.

    What will ESI be worth upon signing of a Chinese Master License?
