They wont consolidate until wayyyy past DFT done imo. Prior to that there is no need.
Actually post DFT there is no need either. The time to consolidate will be when ECT are close to making $....which by the sounds of things could be Inner Mon 2014.
Who knows - first things first....Im interested in raising the remaining shortfall at 0.6c for now.
