I thought that they would have kept their due diligence up to date with all these meetings with AUZ management. Their engineers, etc approved everything last year before offtake agreement.

Do they look like a company that will sign binding things first and then do 3 month due diligence?

Weren't they involved in each and every step of BFS?

Will they still need another 3 months to read a document which was prepared in consultation with them and given to them in mid September to do a final check and give any extra comments?
