If the options fail to be executed by the 31st.. there isnt another deal.. as your indicating, SKI do not receive the 19.9% or 669m shares..
It would then fall to the other "option" of the deal, equivilant cash or asset level investment into the project.
And SKI don't become a major share holder...
The deal in the agreement is pretty clear..
