This isn't going to clarify anything, in fact it will most likely muddy the waters.
It has for me.
But back in mid sept when I spoke to Ben I had one question.
Does the 3 month buy in period begin when the market sees the bfs or does it start when ski see it.
At that stage ski had it. And he said it started when they received it.
But then the release stated end of December.
*throws hands in the air.
Maybe, just maybe the 'draft' didn't count. And it started when they had the board signed bfs. Legally that would make sense.
