Hi Charter,
after WKT launched the life saving Capital Raising that was priced to sell, WKT exceeded the 3 months requirement to raise the minimum amount, they needed to apply to the ASX to gain a one weeks extension, what do you think would have happened to WKT if they failed to gain the extension?
yes the majority of shareholders would have been given their money back and the administrators would have been appointed.
WKT was very lucky that one director provided the $400k WKT needed to reach the minimum, but to achieve this WKT breached the listing rules where this director had to sell his shares. Pretty dodgy when you think about it.
I know many of you just like dreaming and dont worry about what has actually happened.
