    in 4.6 there is a reference to negotiating a corporate facility, so I assume they are currently looking to put in some debt. So no dilution (for the moment).

    Obviously numbers are not great this quarter, but at least they have some revenue. Looks like projected revenue for next quarter is over $8m.
