Personally Paul, I think this is why the vote went so well and the share price was sold down. I feel that FML doesn't think that they owe all shareholders an explanation, just who FML think need to be in the know. IMO this reeks of insider trading, share price is traded down to 12 monthly lows with no explanation after announcing that Shandong are coming onboard for 5c. Did they go to major shareholders and let them in on the December financials, to make sure the vote got up? I don't know, but I believe the way FML has traded, I have a good idea.
Interesting that there was no major sell down this morning, appears as though the news was priced in. How could that be so?
