I suggested yesterday that a worthy alternative to the SPP is a convertible note raising.
if the conversion into TRY shares is at an acceptable premium to the current price and the proceeds to pay out Investec ( and possibly acquire their 13 cent options) I cant see why it would not attract shareholder support , and, most importantly provide an opportunity for Troy to recruit fresh investor support thru the brokers.
Agreed?
