With the FNT deal dead, and with an injunction on the FNT business, ATC holds the upper hand in any settlement negotiation. If Mackie wants his company to offload onto someone else then he should think about paying for wasting our time.

ATC can survive with or without this $750k, but it will likely have to put its hands in OUR pockets one more time.

Like you, I can't wait for Brett O'Rielly to come on board and shake the place into action. He sure has some mess to clean up.

Mr Palermo (if you are listening), you don't seem to respond to any shareholders questions these days - maybe you should reassess your situation. Or, better still, go focus on Pelican and leave the telco business to people that know what they are doing!!!
