    Imo

    They would have to hit many production milestones very quickly to cover just  the gold debt of $3.5m plus between now and Feb 2019 plus other costs etc

    The CN alone can add hundreds of millions of shares to the registry at these prices 

    At 1.5c  $2m draw down  can add 133m shares alone 

    imo

    Reserach the latest quarterly and annual report
