Update the current app with the gamification features as shown in previous investor presentation.

Implement daily or weekly prizes for voters like what they did in last years beta test, ($100 cash prize for voting i think it was).

Get the celebs, usher jeb and Sketchshe to interact within the app, ie live stream or at least make a megastar account and post a few comments on videos.

3 simple thing that would boost current engagement significantly. Don't know what's stopping them since those ideas are from management themselves.

I can give them the benefit of the doubt they have some master plan and just collecting engagement data without the thrills, giving it the core minimum engagement numbers which advertisers use to negotiate pricing, whatever, i'm just making stuff up...
