The money burn will be the problem .I think this first comp has been a big overspend hence CR a few weeks ago this could bring them down .Who is going to prop them up now last CR was 15c they have been burnt badly .Without money the company will slide into oblivion. If they are to do any deals they will need to do it in a hurry.
