Jaguar plant refurbishment require lots of cash and AIS does not have that much cash. From my understanding AIS estimate is around 110 million needed to refurbish old jaguar plant.

At some stage during this year, AIS definitely will come back to market for more money (Capital Raising) to fund Jaguar Refurbishment.

Also last few months, AIS share price has doubled. Big punters always take profit at no body knows what will happen tomorrow.
