I would expect that Trade Payables are amounts owing to contractors and other service providers that provide services directly to the mine site - these amounts would be covered by creditor invoices.
Other payables and accrued expenses would be for amounts owing in relation to the Corporate office function plus accrued wages and salaries of all employees as well as other accrued expenses in relation to mine sites that are not covered by an invoice at the Balance Date.
