Just increasing supply is not the answer. Firstly Australia already has sprawling uncontrolled cities & secondly we're destroying the environment everyone loves by just building more & more houses. Not to mention building on flood zones!
If supply was doubled it would just encourage politicians to increase migration further & we'd be back to square one.
There needs to be a plan to increase supply & reduce demand over the next 10 years until the balance is restored.
