let's not attempt to perpetuate the total myth that private enterprise can be the saviour of social housing or housing the nation

it cannot

the answer is clear, it's the elephant in the room, it's simple and it's easy -

the only ingredient is guts and some vision -

massive social housing ---------- driven by the federal government - to lead state governments to the water - and local councils

all have been abrogating their responsibility for years

they have engaged in the true Aussie characteristic --------- 'I'm alright jack, it's someone else's problem'


most councillors and state governments have had one action on the matter - standing with arms folded looking away with eyes closed and whistling
