If prices are merely stagnating, why do the agents even hide the number of the transactions (not just the unreported passed-in).
This kind of unethical behaviour (TO BE HONEST I BELIVE THE AGENTS HAVE IN FACT BEEN SENDING ALL THE DATA TO THE REIV)also makes for a nose dive in confidence, an increase of fear and panic, feeding back to lower prices and yet more unreported and fudged numbers in a slippery slide to the bottom.
