Independent MP Rob Messenger will visit disgraced
former Labor minister Gordon Nuttall in jail today
after "initially" being denied access.
"Its a major backflip by the Govt which improperly
tried to keep me out," said Mr Messenger, who will enter
Wolston Correctional Centre with Nuttall's LEGAL TEAM.
Mr Messenger said the initial ban was "politically
motivated" and designed to stop him hearing further
allegations about corruption in Labor Governments.
He is calling for a royal commission, arguing that CMC
was too narrow.
Mr Messenger was granted a visit after pointing out
that he had special access to prisoners in his role
as an MP.
Mr Messenger called on LNP leader John-Paul Langbroek
to back his call for inquiry.

Jackboot Anna and her League' of Dra-goons may soon
be doing some form of repentance if the above erupts
into revealing what Nuttall is now suggesting.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if 'one' of whistle-
blower Nuttall's disclosures is the "motivation"
behind the unrestricted buying up of Queensland's
prime Agricultural farm land by the Chinese to
produce food for their own population.
The QLD Country Life Headlines on Nov 25,2010 stated
that.. ANNA'S PLAN IS TO GET RID OF FARMERS.
[what better way to do it than give farmers a sense
of hopelessness for their future,as the CSG bandits
run rough shod over their land ]
Example..
* Dalby solicitor Peter Shannon has raised serious
concerns that loopholes in State legislation give
mining companies protection from Make Good provisions
if they contaminate freshwater aquifers in the process
of their extraction activities without causing a decline
in water levels.
* G/Derm decision makers have told landholders they do
not have to physically inspect the location of farming
areas when they approve mining developments in the same
area.
* Derm officers told landholders that in assessing an
application by Arrow Energy to drill for coal seam gas
between Dalby and Millmerran they could not consider
potential impacts to the Condamine Alluvium because their
jurisdiction does not include deep aquifers. [HUH!]
* The State Govt is accused of making a mockery of its
own Strategic Cropping Land legislation by granting
approval to Xstrata's Wandoan Coal project before the
project could be assessed under the SCL guidelines.
* A group of Wandoan landholders affected by Xstrata's
coal mining development in the region signed up to the
national "lock the Gates" campaign last week.
* The APLNG project's Environmental Impact Statement,
recently approved by Queensland Coordinator General,
states that effects on groundwater in the Walloon Coal
Measures, which are used for stock and domestic water
supplies and are directly connected to the important
Condamine Alluvium freshwater aquifer, are likely to be
"widespread and long-term [IN THE ORDER OF 200 YEARS]"
As one Drillham landholder said recently..."there are
day's when they [CSG] were moving a rig and we had a
road train going down this road every two minutes.
"The dust was like a storm coming in from the west,
it was unreal.I have lived here all my life and have
never seen anything like it."
"This is just out of hand and what they're doing to
farmers out here it is just unreal,it's not Australian
and they are just going to bugger this country."...
There is more than a "whiff" of sewage here and these
fertile conditions were bought about by Bligh and co
for the the eventual takeover of Australia's farmland
and it all started with Cougar as an 'ideal test case'
IMO.
Example..
China's huge population is 1.3 billion and growing.
The current birth rate of 15 million per year suggests
that China is on a collision course with its soaring
food demands.
China has nothing comparable to Australia's grazing,
cropping lands.China's best farmland is in the arid
north, where irrigation projects have tripled and
demand for water is now critical.
With irrigation no longer the solution to China's food
problem and with farmland shrinking and population
growing, how is China going to feed itself?.Although
China has 23% of the world's population,it has only
7 percent of its arable land. [declining rapidly]
The Chinese are patient strategists and with assistance
from "agreeable" Governments are buying or 'acquiring'
anything of value, rather than hold near worthless coloured
paper....ENTER THE DRAGON.
Long live the cat,
HM.
