You've raised some very good points there Maoriori and I won't go into detail about the ones that I think are conjectural . My overall view has always been that no matter how watertight you believe your case to be those relying on the legal system for the right outcome are often disappointed ,particularly in the corporate are.

I really don't know enough about SI law to comment authoratatively except to say that there have been some funny decisions come out of there over the years .Nonetheless Axiom has about as good a case as one could hope for ,if there are any red herrings we'll find out about it when a decision is handed down .

I couldn't question anyone for throwing punting money at this ,there's a chance , but as an investment at this stage you'd have to be very cautious
