I believe the govt backing down on cutting the Fed rebate; "The Government yesterday reversed plans to cut $100 million from its solar flagships program to pay for the clean up of summer floods in a deal to secure the Greens vote for its controversial $1.8 billion flood levy". Should remove at least a degree of that uncertainty. That changed Levy will as of today almost certainly pass the lower house.
I'm aware the decision on the levy was yesterday and the AIR ann came out today.
