Ophir/Noble may well drop this block now. As always , the most 'likely' drilling prospect is drilled first. This duster changes everything in the block risk wise imo.
From memory Ophir have 30 days to farmin to Senegal (not withstanding that the block is in technical default!) , that may be 'crunch time' as to their intentions in the area imo.
