december 2012 quarterly activities report

As I was monitoring the SP of ICG today I noticed there was new information from yesterday (NEWS dated: 25-2-13) under the NEWS tab on my COMMSEC account on my iPhone. from what I can make of it, it seems positive

Any Geos or other traders make any sense of this:

Firstly, I know some/most of this information may have been disclosed already, but I was not 100% sure so I posted it anyway.

having only a basic understanding of grades and minerals, can someone shine some light on these results for me!
