If they want to just milk the cash and return it to shareholders, acting as a passive investor that is fine by me, and if that is the case their low management profile is OK. I'd buy more if I was sure this will happen.
However as you are, I am concerned if they intend to go on a spending spree, as imo most ASX oilers simply return the funds to mother earth, baring a little to qantas and a little to the finest restuarants etc. The large holdings of a couple of directors does indicate there will be some prudence - but then you worry about value shifting to connected parties?
Wish they would clarify.
