Not giving advice but I got a simple personal loan of $40k for buying "Furniture" with just 5 minutes paperwork. I used that to buy PLS "furniture" at 0.18. Eventually selling PLS at 0.64. Some banks You can borrow up to $80k with security such as a car.
Bit expensive at 10% interest.
Using a home loan account might be half that. So yes a home loans interest rate would be financially more competitive.
