ebola comment is not harsh. WHO is a big organisation and can focus on multiple issues at the same time. If they took a drop everything approach we would not resolve many of the ongoing issues the world faces, Malaria included.
this is an excuse - albeit a good one, because the deal is not done. My point is, they pumped strongly how two deals would be done by the end of the year in multiple announcements and now suddenly there is a six month window for artimist. We have seen this all before 1000 times.
