Just received in the mail the PIF December Investor Update from Wellington Capital along with a statement from WC/Armstrong with details of the 1 cent payment. She certainly tries to make it sound positive and transparent (with lots of holes in the information) while obtaining the best outcome for the investors.
It's interesting that it hasn't appeared on the NSX PIN Company Announcements yet. Also, it was obviously put together prior to the court action this week.
Has anyone else received their update yet?
