I think that there was some expectation (hope) in the market that the CDC guidelines would be published before Christmas. Now that the company has all but announced that it will not be untill January, the traders who got in for a quick "stag type" profit have exited so that they can buy prezzies for the kids for Christmas. Note that the company has never given an exact date for the release because it is beyond it's control. Any expectation was purely the market, not the company.

Basically, the Newsletter confirms that everything is pretty much steady as she goes. The company has been honest about the effort required to market the test and the detailed steps that they have had to make. To date they are still running within projected timelines.

Don't be surprised, however, if the company sneaks one in before Christmas. Remember that the SSI announcement was unexpected. Even now, more than two months later, much of the market has not woken up to the importance of this deal.

After an intra-day low of 164 CST has recovered very nicely. There have been buyers in there happy to pick up the trader stock being dumped and we are looking to close back above 180 today with a voluime of 200k.
