After having had a good look at this, I'm going to say that all tax losses will be fully utilised at 31Dec23 based on 1.2Mwmt shipped this quarter and that current prices hold for the next two months.
So I would estimate they're start incurring tax on profits made from 1Jan24 but it will be up to them if they voluntarily start paying monthly tax instalments or leave it until they lodge their FY24 tax return in around Dec24 and pay the six months tax owing then.
