So, only 2 more months and then MGX will be liable for tax.
Please correct me if I am wrong . . . I would imagine MGX would leave it as long as possible before they pay tax . . . which would be about 12 months from now . . . as there would not be any financial incentive to start monthly installments from January 2024 . . . rather they could be earning 5% or so on those funds by deferring payment of tax until the latest due date, which would be 30th October 2024.
