That $16/t is double the normal amount for tugs in a quarter due to a change in when the payment is now due - but you're right they pay ridiculous amounts as the tug boat business in Australia is heavily controlled by the unions and with only a few operators - so they have two tug boats sitting there 24/7/365 instead of being able to get a tug boat from Broome when required.
