agreed that Murch needs to be shut down.If i had to retail business with 2 shops with one making serious profit lets say 1 mil P/A and the other making a serious loss of 1 mil P/A.My business is worth ZERO.But if i shut down the loss making outlet my profits jump to 1 mil P/A and lets say this retail business is valued on a P/E ratio of 10.1 my business is now worth 10 mil.Simple really.
