I agree with your sentiments Hotfire, the SP's relative under performance (my guess is supported and manipulated by short selling) make me think a low ball offer is on the cards. Maybe sooner rather then later. An almost identical pattern to BOW Energy.
The point is to push the SP down, then offer 40% premium with all bells and whistles and take that gem for peanuts.
I hope I am wrong.
