Welcome aboard jaywin... welcome... First off, our new management can not really buy on market because they are privy to confidential information not yet in the public domain...
Our old Board were IBO trying to build "skin in the game" by aquiring performance options rather than buying via market... anybody knows a company has credibility when management own a good portion of shares... unfortunately our old Board tried (Again in Barney's opinion) pull the shifty and grab a free ticket by under estimation of the Lithium resource potential...?!
Kevin Joyce is a great Geologist... unfortunately not suited to the heat and pressures of public grillings of a listed Company.
Our current management who are experienced in such skills as negotiations, corporate governance and the legal obligations required by a listed Company. Are well n truly the best team for the Job of moving BGS to another level!!?
