There's every possibility that BGS's SP can surpass $5 within 3-4 years....

First we need the current SP to increase in value before management make a placement agreement...this way the 25% placement can be substantial rather than a low ball price...(think Credit Raising at higher prices with lower dilution to share holders... example).

A 2mtpa processing facility can achieve a return of Current MC annually... Then we have the gold royaltie, that once is signed will allow continuous cash flow well past 2020...Kona Nord-Ntiola south-konji-koting etc...over 20 anomolies within BGS's tenements, that are yet to be delineated.

BGS will be debt free if a partner takes on the controlling interest in the Lithium...this will force Management to either pay dividends or make serious Mergers n Acquisitions to ensure BGS isn't a take over target, solely due to it's balance sheet.

Take a look at PLS... nearly worth 2 billion and swimming in convertible bonds (200million with a 12% interest rate...still to be repaid... happy to be corrected)...

BGS has gold revenue within 6 months..(1.2 million au upfront) and the Lithium...offtake agreement/or controlling partnership not sign...So there's every chance BGS can achieve $5... hardly any shares floating around in loose hands...so if some other interested parties were eager to take an interest in BGS, then they'll likely increase the SP to flush out holders.

Then think PE (per earnings) ratios... If BGS is debt free with a 40% free carried interest in it's Lithium...how many financial institutions will pay X for a 7-9% return per annum!!! If BGS is making 50 million cash with no debt per year, that's like calculating BGSs Market Cap at around 600-800million...or higher??? Barney should have said 5% return per annum cause it's easier to calculate...
