    Some facts as of today:
    - Plan B has not been activated
    - Govt officials all in favour of the Permit
    - One signature left to be signed by the Mayor, who is playing hard ball (one wld assume awaiting for under the table sweetness before putting pen to paper)
    - Daily meetings with Pakman showing his support
    - Permit 100% will be issued
    - Not long to wait now.
