Does anyone have figures relating to what percentage the Institutions hold of the issued share capital. If 10 institutions hold significantly more than half the issued share capital their voting will carry the day
The reason I ask is I was pondering and thought to myself if TLW or their agent/broker made a few telephone calls to the institutions periodically between now and then; they could form an opinion poll of the likely outcome of the vote before it happens.
If the split of shares held was 80/20 in favour of all the institutions over PI's it will take a very close call for the PI's vote to have any impact on the outcome IMHO
