A fairly blunt announcement for the departure of a Chairman and CEO, usually the sort of thing you get when someone has been up to no good.

Heritage is the key to the whole deal with Tullow and HDR, if the Kingfisher results are not delayed to suit Tullow and they are good results, Tullow will need to raise their offer or face either another bidder or a no vote in December.

If Kingfisher results come out and it is a dry hole, I'll be taking the $2.02. If, however, Tullow is able to delay the results until after the meeting I think it will be a sure sign that there is oil in Kingfisher and I will be voting no to the offer. Anyone care to join me?
