If someone wants the stock - which recent activity shows that someone does - and they have deep pockets the current price is great - as if they can double up and get the stock at an average of .2 - .25 cents.
If in their view the stock is worth more than that (approx 1.6B shares x .25 cents = $4M) then it is a good buy.
