The true confirmation of reversal looks like 40c to me.  That is the point where we will head above 30 week MA and it will be after a lengthy period basing. It would be the first time above 30MA since the major decline (x-brief time in Aug when the slope was still down).


A long way to go but there is news behind this I'm certain. Stocks often turn when it looks hopeless and there doesn't seem a reason for it, then weeks (months) later news comes out.
