Consistent trading, and not an illiquid spec stock means that there is definitely confidence in this project...and it hasnt even been promoted yet! Just you wait and see.
High cap ex it may be, but so are a lot of the big gun projects out there, and if the they all had to start somewhere!
Excellent team with a good track record and expertise.
