What did the annoucement 'without declaring who they would be issued to' hope to do?

The company is dealing with a bunch of truth hungry share holders who need absolute transparency with their investment. This announcement has only added fuel to the fire!

We have had no correspondence with current management, we are being gagged left right and centre, what would they do in our position? No word from MB or PC, this is very serious.

If the ASIC investigate there will be hell to pay if things are dodgy. If something doesnt feel right, and numbers aren't adding up - then gut feelings have to be relied upon.

Let's not assume everything will take care of itself, it's your money your losing, if there is something you don't like - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I have also contacted ASIC in regards to the deceiving nature of the last announcement, as I believe it is neccessary. Time is precious, and so is our investment.
